Editorial Policy
BiomolBiomed Viewpoints is the blog of the journal Biomolecules and Biomedicine, published by the Association of Basic Medical Sciences of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This page explains how our content is prepared.
Purpose of the blog
The blog presents research published in Biomolecules and Biomedicine in plain language, together with interviews, journal news, conference reports and recognition of reviewers. It does not replace the original peer-reviewed articles.
Types of content
- Author Summary – a plain-language summary of a published article, prepared on the basis of the authors' text and linked to the original article by DOI.
- Author Voices and Interview – conversations with authors and researchers. Views expressed belong to the interviewees.
- Reviewer of the Month – recognition of reviewers who contribute to the journal's peer review.
- News and Conferences – announcements from the journal and its partners.
- Opinion – personal views of the named author.
Sources and references
Research-related posts link to the original article, preferably via its DOI. Readers should consult the original article for full methods, data, limitations and references.
Editorial review
Posts are prepared and checked by the journal's editorial office before publication. Every post shows its author or interviewer and its publication date.
Corrections
If you notice an error, please write to office@abmsciences.org. We review every report and correct confirmed errors promptly.
